2018 is going to be a big year for bold, saturated colors. At Ace Paint and Unfinished Furniture, we’re getting ready for the coming year by stocking up on all the boldest, brightest, and most beautiful hues we can. What will be the top colors choices for the coming year?
Deep Red
Deep red makes a striking accent color in rooms like the bedroom, dining room and kitchen. This color works best in small quantities unless it’s painted in a large space with a lot of natural light. If you’re wondering which shades, we recommend a rich, luxurious shade that works in well-lit rooms, especially when contrasted against white trim and white window treatments. Deep reds pair well with colors like soft mustard, cream and light gray-green.
Earthy Green
Earthy green is a color that brings peace and calm to a room, while also creating a sophisticated environment where you can work, play, eat or relax. This color is best combined with shades of ivory or cream and soft gray. We recommend this shade in the home office, study, reading room, living room or dining room, where a calm environment can make all the difference.
Deep Gold
Deep gold is the color of comfort and pleasure. Whether applied to the walls of a bathroom, bedroom or nursery, deep gold makes your home a place of love and happiness.
