Materials:Log approximately 3 inches in diameter

- Paint

Cut a log into thin circles to form coasters. Use sandpaper to sand down any sharp edges, then paint hearts and initials of your loved one on the surface of the coasters. Protect the coasters with polyurethane when you’re done.
Stained Glass Tissue Paper Hearts

make wonderful window decorations for your living room or bedroom. This project can be done with children as young as 2, provided that they have proper supervision and assistance.
Materials:- Clear contact paper
- Red and pink tissue paper cut into little squares
- Scissors
Have your child use tissue paper squares to decorate the sticky side of a sheet of contact paper. Lay down a second sheet of contact paper over the tissue paper, so the tissue paper is safely enclosed between two sheets of contact paper. Cut out the contact paper into the shape of a heart and tape it to your windows at home.
Heart Thumbprint Platter

Materials:- White platter
- Glass paint
- Oil based permanent marker

Fold over your white cardstock or paper to form the shape of a card. Use the paper cutting dies to cut out little shapes from your paper strips, then glue the pink and red shapes to your card. - Construction paper

Give each of your children one piece of construction paper with a large heart drawn on it. Have your children paint the hearts, using finger paint or whatever paint you have on hand.
